Did we lose you at ‘values’? We can’t stand the way that word is bandied around either. But our values aren’t lofty ideals that we wheel out for creds meetings and then forget about; they’re the lifeblood of the company. We’re creatively led, so it’s opportunities to smash out brilliant creative work that get our juices frothing, not just big namesAnd because everyone at Man V Beast owns a share of the company, our commitment to producing kick-arse creative is almost psychotic. And we’re a small, tight team, which breeds trust, demands cooperation and means clients stay in contact with the same people from the very first handshake.

One of those people is Man V Beast founder and ex-regional creative director of iris Worldwide, Kelly Finnegan. Never one to plod along the beaten track when the smell of adventure is in the air, in 2005 he left iris London for Singapore where he helped build iris’ APAC office from scratch. Within a couple of years, iris Singapore had grown from Kelly and the MD to a crew of 50 and was creating integrated regional and global campaigns for the likes of Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff and Adidas.

Now operating from the South West of England at the helm of Man V Beast, Kelly is the lynch-pin of a crack-unit of collaborators with a fearsome array of skills and experience. We’re raring to work with clients of any size who are as passionate about their business as we are about ours.
